Holidays: Christmas & New Year's (December 24th - January 1st), Martin Luther King Weekend (January 14th - January 16th), & President's Day Weekend (February 18th - February 20th)

Weekends require a 2-night minimum booking. Holidays require a 3-night minimum booking.

Security Deposit = $200 + $80 Cleaning Fee = $280

50% of Rent is due within 10 days of booking to hold reservation.

Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. However, we do understand that events arise out of our control. This is why we Highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance. You can purchase Travel Insurance at www.insuremytrip.com
